I grew up enjoying watching the Leyland Bro’s. Being an outdoors type, and LOVED Landrovers form a young age, learning to drive them at my Grandad’s in NZ, the show really appealed to me. Looking for a challenge for my company, Offroader, I picked up a copy of the Wandering Across the Wilderness DVD. A great movie showing how tough it was offroading 40+ years ago. Well worth buying for $35.

Latest book I am reading, about 3 Para, British Army’s time in Afghanistan. Interesting so far. Will report more when I finish reading it.

I just picked up a bunch of invisible shields for a few of my portable devices, namely my iphone, ipod and psp. They were a right royal PITA to fit but, if you take your time, the results are fantastic. my iPod Gen 2 Nano fit perfectly, works great and gives the ipod a nice rubbery feel whilst protecting it. Nice. The iPhone was also great, well protected although i don’t like the corners. The PSP was a let down, its quite fiddly to fit and i wasn’t overly impressed with the outcome, but its better than a banged up scratched PSP. Overall, not bad.
